Athlete 1 Youth Development Off-Season program, June 2-19 (8 hours). Tuesdays at USC 7-8PM; Fridays at Excellent Ice 4-5PM. Includes 4 at-home workouts, mental + nutritional teaching, intro to fitness, A1 t-shirt. Lead coach Jonny Evans (NCAA All-American). NOTE: BC location (Surrey) - flagged for review (Ontario-only scope).
